The role

Your role will include outbound calling to our customers where their services may have lapsed to promote the benefits of our Steven Eagell service teams. We are looking for team members who are passionate about retaining customers whilst providing excellent customer service. This role will be in an outbound sales environment team working towards volume and conversion targets to drive retention together with growth.

The targets expected for all roles are challenging in both volume and quality therefore a good pace and the ability to multitask is essential. The successful applicants will be confident, enthusiastic and self-motivated. Previous telephone experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
