What We're Looking For:

  • Organisation is your strong suit, and you enjoy working collaboratively within a team.
  • You have managerial experience and are comfortable leading a team to success.
  • You’re numerically strong with a passion for learning and personal growth.
  • You bring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Plan and execute daily sales activities, including prospecting and cold calling, to generate new business.
  • Create and deliver personalised sales presentations, addressing individual customer needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with customers to fully understand their requirements and suggest the best products and services.
  • Arrange and conduct product demonstrations that align with customer expectations.
  • Negotiate pricing and finance options, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and present proposals to customers when necessary, securing agreements.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring high satisfaction and ongoing communication.
  • Monitor your own performance against sales and customer retention targets, and work with the General Manager to review progress and set goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across all teams to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
