Apprentice Parts Advisor Role

We are currently expanding our business and are now offering an exciting opportunity to join the team, as Apprentice Parts Advisor at our Bishop’s Stortford branch. We will provide excellent training and genuine career progression opportunities in return.

As an Apprentice Parts Advisor you will be co-ordinating parts sales to ensure that customers are always able to have the parts they require when they need them. No formal qualifications are required and training will be provided but, you must be literate and numerate.

Please Note: Off the job training is on a residential basis with 3 residential blocks and fortnightly 1-1 training. All travel, and, accommodation costs are covered by the employer

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will gain a Level 2 Retailer Standards

Duties will include;

• Using the company’s computer system to log stock movements and produce orders
• Liaising with colleagues and customers.
• Developing skills to improve parts sales performance and dealing with enquiries from both trade and retail customers.
