Parts Returns Policy

We would like to advise you of our returns policy for parts returned for credit.

Special order parts, which do not form part of our normal inventory and for which we have limited abilities of return to Toyota GB will not be accepted for credit, unless prior consent is received from the Parts Manager. These parts are clearly identified on each invoice before the part number with the term ‘N/STK’ clearly shown.

Discrepancy Claims

In line with our conditions of sale, claims for alleged discrepancies will only be accepted if they are brought to our attention within 12 hours of date of receipt.

Parts Not Required

Returned item(s) must be in good physical condition (not broken or damaged).

All parts must be returned within 10 days of invoice date in the original packaging with no damage or marking on either the packaging or part number label and bar code (Toyota GB will reject ANY return where the part number label is damaged).

Only parts with a retail price over £20.00 per unit can be returned.

Any parts painted or modified from original specification are non-returnable as are all electrical items and controls which have been fitted and then no longer required.

Surcharge Parts

All surcharge old units must be returned within 10 days of invoice date in the original packaging with the part number label undamaged.

We shall issue a credit on receipt of return item(s) and email or post paper copy. All refunds take 7-12 days to process.
