If your application has been successful, you will be contacted within two weeks. If you don't hear from us after two weeks unfortunately you have been unsuccessful on this occasion.
This will differ for each role, but they will all consist of two rounds of interviews. Depending on the position, it will either be two rounds of face-to-face or one round of virtual and one round of face-to-face.
We will provide you with the relevant training for your job position at the start of your career, which will continue throughout. You will also be able to take advantage of further training and career progression opportunities, funded by the company.
