We’ll provide all the training you need and real career development opportunities to help you grow.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- You’ll play a key role in making sure customers get the parts they need, whether it’s for repairs, servicing, or upgrades.
- You’ll use our company’s computer system to log stock movements and place orders, ensuring we have the right parts in stock at the right time.
- Work closely with your colleagues and customers to provide exceptional service, helping to improve parts sales performance and solving any issues that arise.
- You'll get fully trained in the role, and upon completion of your apprenticeship, you’ll earn a Level 2 Retailer Standards qualification.
- Off-the-job training takes place in residential blocks, and all travel and accommodation costs are covered by the company.

- You’ll need to be computer literate and well-organised.
- A good communicator with the ability to work with different types of customers.
- Willing to study and grow into a first-rate Parts Advisor.
