Compliance Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Assistant to support our compliance function within an FCA-regulated environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in compliance, with full training provided.

Main duties include:

• Assist with day-to-day compliance monitoring and administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation
• Liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Support the implementation of compliance policies and procedures
• Use Microsoft Excel to manage, analyse, and track compliance data
• Complete internal audits finance and insurance sales
• Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work

What we are looking for in a Compliance Assistant:

• Excellent attention to detail with a strong eye for accuracy
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (intermediate level desirable)
• Ability to work on your own initiative and manage time and priorities effectively
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders
• Previous experience in oversight and monitoring transactions
• Previous compliance experience within an FCA-regulated environment is beneficial but not essential
• Willingness to learn, with a positive and professional approach
