We're looking for a self-motivated Customer Relationship Manager to contact customers who have visited us or made an enquiry relating to a vehicle purchase.

You’ll build relationships, encourage customers back into the showroom, and maximise opportunities — including buying their current vehicle if they choose not to purchase from us.

What you’ll do:

Encourage customers back into the showroom or to reconnect with their previous sales executive to continue with their purchase.
Set appointments and drive strong conversion into vehicle sales.
Promote New and Used Toyota & Lexus vehicles options.
Identify opportunities to purchase customers’ existing vehicles where the customer is not buying a car from Steven Eagell.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time
