Digital & Web Performance Manager

Reporting to the General Manager - Marketing & Communications, this role offers the right candidate the opportunity to join a highly impressive retailer group.

What you’ll do as a Digital & Web Performance Manager:

Own and deliver the digital marketing strategy across paid media, SEO, CRM and websites
Manage Google Ads, analytics and performance reporting against KPIs
Lead website development and optimisation, including delivery of a new group website in 2026
Oversee CRM activity to improve performance across retail, aftersales and business areas
Strengthen online visibility, reputation and AI-driven discovery
Work closely with internal teams, OEM partners and external agencies

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience managing websites and digital campaigns
Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and paid media platforms
Ability to turn data into clear insight and actionable strategy
Up-to-date understanding of AI trends in digital marketing
Automotive marketing experience (desirable)
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
People management experience desirable

Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30.
Flexibility is required depending on workload and departmental commitments.
