Service Driver

We are currently expanding our business and are now offering an exciting opportunity to join the team, as a Service Driver at our Cambridge branch. We will provide excellent training and genuine career progression opportunities in return.

Key responsibilities:

Build rapport and understand customers' needs
Ensure customer care is always paramount
Portray a professional image
Report customer complaints to your manager immediately
Ensure the standard of the vehicle meets customer expectations
Undertake valeting duties from time to time
Undertake any other duties required by the role

Key success criteria:

Deliver vehicles within the timescale allocated to each job
Excellent customer handling skills
Maintain a smart appearance at all times

Hours:

Monday>Friday 8:00>17:00, 30 minutes lunch, 42.50hours per week
