Site Coordinator Role

We are currently expanding our business and are now offering an exciting opportunity to join the team, as a Site Coordinator at our Toyota Gatwick branch.

As our Site Coordinator, you will actively engage with our customers, helping to provide seamless service in a fast-paced environment. Professional and friendly, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers on arrival at the Centre, helping them with any queries they might have. Immaculately presented in business attire, with a passion for delivering great customer service, you will present the best image for our Milton Keynes centre. You will have a proven track record in the delivery of great customer service and experience in a fast-paced environment.

Highlights of what you will do in your job

  • Greets and welcomes all visitors on arrival and ensures they are parked and guided to the right person.
  • Identifies what assistance or information a customer requires and assists where possible
  • Handles basic queries on the product so the customer feels they have been professionally dealt with
  • Ensures all vehicles are handed over at the right time and at the expected high standard, ready to delight the customer
  • Manages and co-ordinates all site Health & Safety requirements
  • Ensures cleanliness of all parking areas and entrances
  • Maintains front and rear car park control and vehicle movement
  • Attends training and meetings to continuously learn and gain product knowledge to enable you to progress
  • Work as a fully embedded member of the Centre team

Essential job criteria

  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.

Experience and qualifications

  • Previous relevant experience within customer services or logistics
  • Interests that support your work life balance
  • Clean UK recognised driving licence
