SMART (MDR) Technician

Job Summary: Carry out SMART (MDR) Repairs to both Site & Customers vehicles

Basic Salary 30K-37K. Plus bonus structure.

OTE will be dependant on experience.

Key Attributes:

  • Estimating damage on both customer, site and other vehicles using estimating tool
  • Carry out Smart (MDR) repairs in a timely manner
  • When a SMART (MDR) repairs is required keep the repair to SMART (MDR) size using SMART (MDR) repair methods (larger repairs may occasionally be undertaken)
  • Ensure effective and efficient use of Dry Goods
  • Ensure work area is kept clean & tidy at all times
  • Ensuring health and safety policy and processes are followed always with all staff utilising safe working practices and monitor the correct use of storage and PPE
  • Driving vehicles both Customer & Site vehicles on site
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required to meet the needs of the business
  • Good communication with Smart Co-ordinator on site
  • Be able to work within a team or on own initiative
  • Attend Toyota training as an when required
