SMART (MDR) Technician

Job Summary: Carry out SMART (MDR) Repairs to both Site & Customers vehicles

Basic Salary 30K-37K. Plus bonus structure.

OTE will be dependant on experience.

Key Attributes:

Estimating damage on both customer, site and other vehicles using estimating tool
Carry out Smart (MDR) repairs in a timely manner
When a SMART (MDR) repairs is required keep the repair to SMART (MDR) size using SMART (MDR) repair methods (larger repairs may occasionally be undertaken)
Ensure effective and efficient use of Dry Goods
Ensure work area is kept clean & tidy at all times
Ensuring health and safety policy and processes are followed always with all staff utilising safe working practices and monitor the correct use of storage and PPE
Driving vehicles both Customer & Site vehicles on site
Ad hoc duties as and when required to meet the needs of the business
Good communication with Smart Co-ordinator on site
Be able to work within a team or on own initiative
Attend Toyota training as an when required
