Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Steven Eagell Group is the UK’s largest Toyota and Lexus retailer group, with a strong reputation for excellence, integrity, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent & Transformation team and support our managers across the entire Group in attracting, selecting, and welcoming new talent into the business.

The Role

Full Time, Office Based Role.

You’ll play a key part in ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment and onboarding experience across the Group. From helping managers craft effective job adverts to screening applicants and coordinating pre-boarding activities, you’ll be instrumental in making sure every new team member feels supported from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support managers in drafting and posting engaging, accurate job advertisements across multiple platforms.
  • Screen incoming CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates for all roles.
  • Schedule interviews and assist with communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support new starters and managers during pre-boarding and induction processes.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding records using our internal systems.
  • Assist with continuous improvement of recruitment and onboarding processes to enhance candidate and manager experience.

About You

We’re looking for someone proactive, people-focused, and highly organised. Someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys supporting both candidates and managers.

You’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR, Administration or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including being confident on phones.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A friendly, professional manner and a genuine interest in helping people succeed.
  • Confidence using recruitment or HR systems (training provided).
