Lexus Hybrid Insurance includes all the excellent benefits of Lexus Motor Insurance, whilst also offering hybrid owners a potential discount. Based on your miles driven in Electric Vehicle (EV) mode, you could receive up to 25% off your renewal premium.

Hybrid Insurance is available for Self-Charging and Plug-In Hybrid models. Choose the right option for you below.

Self-Charging Hybrid Insurance​

Plug-in Hybrid Insurance​

To qualify, your Lexus Self-Charging Hybrid must be registered in the UK and manufactured in 2024 or beyond. Other requirements to receive a discount include:

  • You must drive a minimum of 30% of your miles in EV mode.
  • If you drive 55% or more of your miles in EV mode you can receive the maximum discount of 25%.

To qualify, your Lexus Plug-in Hybrid must be registered in the UK and manufactured in 2024 or beyond. Other requirements to receive a discount include:

  • You must drive a minimum of 50% of your miles in EV mode.
  • If you drive 80% or more of your miles in EV mode you can receive the maximum discount of 25%.

Miles Driven in EV Mode​

We monitor the miles you drive in EV mode against your total mileage on the terms on your policy.​​

The more miles you drive in EV mode equals the total discount you can receive.​​

​Any discount you receive will be automatically applied to your renewal premium.​​

Using the Lexus Link+ App you can check your Electric usage and the progress you are making as the app will automatically update after every journey.
