COVID-19 Latest Update


Whilst the Government recently announced the relaxation of COVID restrictions, at Steven Eagell Group, the health and wellbeing of our customers and staff remains our primary focus, so we are retaining a number of safety measures in order to sustain a COVID-safe environment.

We will continue to monitor the situation at each of our dealerships and will adapt our measures as and when required, to protect the health and safety of our customers and our teams.

How do I book a service appointment?

If you would like to speak to us about booking your vehicle in for repair, service or MOT, please call the relevant branch directly (click here to view all our locations).

Q: Can I still use your online vehicle purchase options?

A: Yes, you can still buy any of our used vehicles from the comfort of your own home.

Q: How does the online purchase process work?

A: It’s very straightforward:

  1. Browse our fantastic selection of used vehicles
  2. Find the one that’s right for you and choose one of the 3 options:
    a. Reserve online for £99
    b. Complete a “Click & Collect” enquiry form
    c. Simply call the branch directly and our sales team will be happy to talk you through the process
  3. Our sales team will contact you to discuss any videos of the vehicle you’d like to see, the finance options and any accessories you may need.
  4. Once you are completely happy with your selection, paperwork can be completed electronically.
  5. We will then be in touch to arrange an appointment for you to collect your car from one of our designated  Click & Collect areas or you may also be able to arrange a home delivery of your new vehicle.

And if you’re not completely satisfied with your car, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund.

Can I now have an accompanied test drive?

Yes, our team members are now available to accompany you on a test drive and talk you through all the features of the car. Alternatively, you can still take the test drive on your own, whichever you prefer.

How do I get Toyota Roadside Assistance?

If you are a Toyota Roadside Assistance member, please call 0800 246 824 or 01737 500 021 for assistance.

Toyota Roadside Assistance continues to be available for new members and for existing customers to renew their policies from just £7 per month. To renew your vehicle’s cover please click here or contact the membership team on 0344 701 6201.
