Toyota RC25 (Retail Concept 25) was originally revealed by Toyota Motor Europe in 2022. At the time the vice president of sales, marketing and customer experience, Didier Gambart, said, "Our new showroom concept marks an important step in our ambition to become the most electrified mobility brand of choice for our customers. The new retail design switches on both a new brand experience and a new way of working for our retailers. We are placing all our products and services under one roof with retailers at the heart of the new customer experience. In this space, customers can complement their digital journey with a memorable in-store experience with our retailers providing the essential human touch."
We are pleased to announce Toyota Cambridge are currently undergoing their Toyota RC25 showroom refurbishment. Those of you who have visited recently will have noticed the current building site, with staff having to work from portacabins. We can’t wait show you the new look once completed.
There will be lots of exciting new features within the refurbishment, including a customer hub. This is designed to deliver a truly personalised experience, with access to the full range of Toyota products and services, interactive digital touch points, and expert advice from our staff. What more could you want for an excellent car buying experience?

The sleek customer hub now offers interactive digital touch points, desks with charging points and wheelchair accessibility, access to the full range of Toyota products and services, and expert advice from our staff. There are even magnetic colour blocks for you to select the colour car you would like and place the block onto the model to find your perfect match. Enjoy the ultimate car buying experience!
