The All-New Hilux is a bold reimagining of Toyota’s legendary pickup, combining rugged capability with distinctive modern design, a refined five-seat cabin and advanced connectivity. Built on a durable body-on-frame platform, it has a global reputation for quality, reliability and off-road performance, with up to 700mm wading capability, generous ground clearance and the strength to handle demanding jobs, heavy loads and challenging terrain.
Hilux combines confidence-enhancing capability with intuitive digital features. Trailer Sway Control monitors vehicle stability and can adjust engine power and braking inputs when towing, while Downhill Assist Control uses the anti-lock braking system to help maintain a low, controlled speed on steep or slippery descents. In the cabin, an available 12.3-inch digital Combimeter and 12.3-inch touchscreen provide key driving information and access to Toyota Smart Connect, Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™. Depending on grade, owners can also benefit from customisable display layouts, wireless phone charging and JBL® audio, while the MyToyota app supports functions such as locating the vehicle, sharing its position, activating warning lights, monitoring charging and checking remaining electric range. The Hilux range is moving towards electrified performance. Its twin electric motors and dedicated e-Axles deliver strong performance, while an estimated driving range of up to 159 miles supports everyday journeys, depending on load, terrain, weather, speed, driving style and use of onboard systems. The battery is protected within the reinforced frame, helping to lower the centre of gravity, and Multi-Terrain Select supports confident progress on rough ground. The electric model can tow up to 1,700kg and can be charged at home, at work or through the UK public charging network.
