Our CEO, Steven Eagell, has renewed his Silver membership of the Auto30Club, reaffirming our company’s commitment to improving the gender balance across all roles and creating a truly inclusive and diverse workplace.
The Auto30Club is a network of over 70 automotive CEOs and Managing Directors who are committed to being inclusive leaders and building diverse, gender-balanced businesses. Founded by Julia Muir in 2016, the Club works to improve diversity across the sector, while helping organisations better reflect their customer base, enhance business performance and remove the barriers that can prevent talented women from progressing in their careers.
Since our CEO first joined the Auto30Club in 2021, we have made significant progress towards strengthening our inclusive culture and increasing opportunities for women. Recruitment processes have been adapted to attract a broader talent pool, resulting in increased female participation at our recruitment events. Furthermore, female representation within our business has increased significantly and we have continued to attract growing numbers of women into customer-facing, technical and leadership roles.
Pay equity has also improved across our business since we began working with the Auto30Club, as has the proportion of women we employ in upper-quartile roles. We’re proud to have promoted several long-serving employees into senior management positions in recent years, including the appointment of our first female General Manager.
Our commitment to supporting the development of female colleagues continues through a range of learning, development and leadership programmes designed to help individuals fulfil their potential and progress their careers.

Steven Eagell Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA Reference Number 671531) as a credit broker. We are not a lender or an independent financial advisor. In the first instance, we will introduce you to our preferred lender and provide you with information regarding the finance products available to enable you to decide whether a particular finance product from our preferred lender is right for you based on the information provided. In the event that our preferred lender is not able to provide credit, we will refer you to another trusted credit broker already known to us. This credit broker will attempt to source credit for you through an alternative panel of lenders.
You are not required to use our preferred lender or any other lender introduced by our trusted broker. We do not charge you a fee for an introduction to our preferred lender or to our trusted broker but we will receive a commission if you use their services, this is normally a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow. The level of commission will vary dependant on the product and the lender that you use. We will inform you of the amount of commission that we will earn in good time before the finance agreement is entered into and ask you to consent to its payment. You do not have to take our finance. You can arrange funding of your vehicle elsewhere and in some cases it may be cheaper.
