Our people are at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we’re proud to support the Auo30Club’s annual Who Inspires You? Campaign – an initiative designed to encourage colleagues across the automotive industry to recognise and celebrate the women who make a positive difference every day.
In June, we invited our colleagues to nominate the women who have inspired them through their dedication, leadership and positive impact. From Monday 20th to Friday 24th July, we showcased these stories on our LinkedIn page, celebrating women from across our business who have made a lasting impact.
The campaign provided an opportunity to shine a spotlight on the outstanding talent that exists within our teams. From supporting customers and mentoring teammates, to leading departments, embracing new challenges and creating inclusive working environments, every nomination we received demonstrated the vital contribution women continue to make across our business.
We were delighted to receive a record number of nominations this year, recognising colleagues from a diverse range of departments, roles and career paths.

Each of these colleagues was recognised for consistently going above and beyond in their role, while mentoring and developing others so they can reach their full potential. Many were praised for delivering exceptional customer service, while others were celebrated for their operational expertise, leadership and the invaluable work they do behind the scenes to keep our business running smoothly.

We do not charge you a fee for an introduction to our preferred lender or to our trusted broker but we will receive a commission if you use their services, this is normally a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow. The level of commission will vary dependant on the product and the lender that you use. We will inform you of the amount of commission that we will earn in good time before the finance agreement is entered into and ask you to consent to its payment. You do not have to take our finance. You can arrange funding of your vehicle elsewhere and in some cases it may be cheaper.
