We are delighted that Lexus Cambridge has received the highly prestigious Lexus Kiwami Award 2025, recognising this Centre as a top-performing Lexus retailer in Europe.
Introduced in 2016, the Kiwami Awards honour the retailers that best embody the brand’s core value of ‘Omotenashi’ – the Japanese spirit of hospitality. This year, over 300 official Lexus retailers across Europe were eligible. Lexus Cambridge was one of just 19 European Lexus Centres to receive the accolade and one of just 2 in the UK.
Lexus Cambridge received the Kiwami Award for demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, not only in how the team prepares for every customer interaction, but in all aspects of day-to-day operations. This dedication ensures that every guest is treated with the care and consideration one would offer in their own home.
This recognition follows our Lexus Cambridge Centre winning the Centre of the Year Award at the annual Lexus Centre of Excellence Awards earlier this year. We received this accolade for demonstrating continuous high standards of customer service, scored across performance in sales, aftersales, used cars, customer service and much more.
All of this year’s Kiwami Award winners were rewarded with a three-day experience in Budapest, where they took part in immersive team-building activities, a gala evening and a range of creative cultural activities inspired by the city’s rich traditions.
This prestigious recognition is a reflection of the dedication and hard work demonstrated by every member of the Lexus Cambridge team, while highlighting their ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Our colleagues involved should be immensely proud of this achievement.

The level of commission will vary dependant on the product and the lender that you use. We will inform you of the amount of commission that we will earn in good time before the finance agreement is entered into and ask you to consent to its payment. You do not have to take our finance. You can arrange funding of your vehicle elsewhere and in some cases it may be cheaper.
