
We are delighted to have secured three awards at the annual Lexus Centre of Excellence Awards, recognising outstanding performance across our Lexus Centres.
The Lexus Centre of Excellence Awards recognise Lexus UK Centres that demonstrate continuous improvement and high standards of customer service. Performance is assessed and scored across multiple areas, including new and used car sales, aftersales, marketing, customer service, fleet and omotenashi (hospitality).
This year, our Lexus Centres proudly achieved the following awards:
Lexus Centre of Excellence winners demonstrate a commitment to operational excellence, continuous improvement and the highest levels of customer care, reflecting the high standards that define the Lexus experience. Receiving a Centre of Excellence Award highlights a Lexus retailer’s ability to combine strong commercial performance with outstanding customer satisfaction, setting a benchmark for others across the network.
These accolades follow the outstanding achievement of Lexus Cambridge, which received the prestigious Lexus Kiwami Award at the end of 2025. The Kiwami Awards honour the retailers that best embody the brand’s value of ‘Omotenashi’ – the Japanese spirit of hospitality. Lexus Cambridge was one of just 19 European Centres and one of just two in the UK to receive this recognition, celebrating exceptional attention to detail and continuously delivering an outstanding customer experience.
We have experienced remarkable growth since opening our first dealership in 2002. Today, we operate 32 Toyota and 11 Lexus Centres across the UK. This expansion reflects our commitment to fostering an environment where excellence drives every customer interaction, while investing in our people and maintaining the core values that have defined our success.
