COVID-19 Customer Charter

 

WE ARE NOW OPEN WITH COVID-SECURE MEASURES IN PLACE

We are delighted to announce that all our branches are now fully open for ALL services:

- Service & Maintenance
- Parts
- New Car Sales
- Used Car Sales

We are following Government guidance and have implemented strict new processes to help ensure the safety of our customers and employees.

When visiting our dealerships, please observe the social distancing rules in place and follow instructions from staff and on the signage throughout the building. Please see our Customer Charter above for full details.

How do I book a service appointment?

If you would like to speak to us about booking your vehicle in for repair, service or MOT, please call the relevant branch directly (click here to view all our locations).

Should I book an appointment for a vehicle purchase?

We will need to manage the number of customers in the showroom at any one time, so appointments will be limited. As we are currently experiencing very high customer demand, we would strongly advise making a booking as soon as possible.

Have your opening hours changed?

No, we are now open with regular hours, please click here to see your local branch’s opening hours.

How do I get Toyota Roadside Assistance?

If you are a Toyota Roadside Assistance member, please call 0800 246 824 or 01737 500 021 for assistance.

Toyota Roadside Assistance continues to be available for new members and for existing customers to renew their policies from just £7 per month. To renew your vehicle’s cover please click here or contact the membership team on 0344 701 6201.

Is Toyota Roadside Assistance available for key workers?

From 3rd April 2020, Toyota extended the full benefits of roadside assistance cover to all key workers who own a Toyota.

Working in partnership with the AA, we are providing the cover regardless of whether you have previously had Toyota Roadside Assistance membership. Please click here for all the details.
